I already bought a course from Make Money Matt but it largely depends on his software which is pretty expensive. I like that you aren't pushing your own expensive software and have something more affordable instead. I also like that you work one on one with your members if I heard that correctly.
I may have to pivot to working with you instead but still undecided. Are there any other ways you offer members more than MM Matt? And is making a full-time income on YT and/or SM this way realistic?

Doesn't a video need to be at least a minimum of 8 minutes long to accommodate ads (which is how you can initially make money wit You Tube videos) once you get monetized?
So the free version would get you only one video per week, and the $20/month would get you around 6 videos at about 8 minutes each.
200 mins/month for $48/m would be best and it would get you 25, 8 minute videos per month.
With that, you could post 5 videos per week, and show You Tube algorithm (and potential subscribers) that you mean business and are here to stay making content.
Only posting once per week will not get paid attention to because there is too much time between video releases, with a huge amount of competition out there!

I get that invideo might be a sponosr for this video or what ever, people let me tell you who ever is reading this, you will never achieve anything on youtube by going to invideo and typing " create me a 3 minute video about cute pets" or whatever that nonsense might be, it will create you some poor looking video nobody will watch, when i started my youtube journey i was doing everything i can just so i dont take my time and try to learn and do it myself, doing this is only gonna waste your time, belive me what im saying.

This is not how copyright works (I'm a lawyer). You CANNOT repost other videos just because they are not listed on Youtube! Youtube is not the test for copyright subsisting in videos. Be careful with the advise you are giving. Compilations MAY work but blatant reposting and simply adding subtitles will NOT be enough.
